The RV will be unlocked and set up prior to your arrival. The keys will be located inside your rental unit. You do not have to be on-site when we deliver the RV. We will message you the morning of check-in, or the day before to coordinate your ETA. We ask that you message us to let us know when you arrive. If you have any questions or don't understand how to operate something we will be happy to assist you to make sure you enjoy your stay.

We ask that you clean up and leave things the way you found them or better. Please wipe down surfaces, clean and put away any dishes, pots, pans, etc.. and take out any trash and debris. There are cleaning supplies provided to help with this as part of our prep fee.

Awnings are the sole responsibility of the renter. Awnings are only meant to be used for shade from the sun only. Rain, wind, and pop-up storms are the most common reasons that awnings are damaged. It is the responsibility of the renter to put the awning on if it's raining, if you're leaving the RV for an extended period of time, or if the is wind higher than 10 mph.

If the awning is not tilted, the weight of the water collecting on top from even rain ( no wind ) can cause the awning to collapse causing damage to the fabric, and arms. The cost to repair damages will be the responsibility of the renter. So if it's raining, put the awning in. If it's windy, put the awning in. If you leave your site for an extended period of time, put it in.

If you require us to move the RV to another site during your stay due to campground availability, there will be an additional $150 fee charged to your reservation. To avoid this fee we highly recommend that you lock in your site from the campground so that your site does not switch or change multiple times during a reservation once you book with us.

Golf Carts and Electric Vehicles are NOT ALLOWED to be plugged into the outlets of the RV. The power pole at the campsite typically has a dedicated outlet that must be used instead. If one of these is plugged into one of the outlets, it can fry the electrical panel, a cord, or a converter in the RV. It will be the responsibility of the renter to pay for damages incurred by not following this rule.

The grey pulls will already be open upon your arrival at full hookup sites. The black ones will be closed and will need to be pulled open about every 2-3 days to drain the toilets. Open the Black tank to allow it to completely drain and then close the Black valve and flush clean water down each toilet about 3-4 times. We will provide instructions on the location of these valves for the specific RV rented. If needed we are always just a phone call or text away for assistance.

If you have a linen package, please bag everything and leave it in the kitchen/living room. If there are any wet towels, wash clothes, etc, please put them into a separate bag.

"You must have 50 amp power for our RV please be sure to book a campsite with these power requirements ( FULL HOOK UP )"

Full hook-ups have power, water, and sewer hookups.( Most times cable as well ) We highly recommend that you book a full hook-up site. A generator and portable dump tank are possible upon request and will have additional costs. Please contact us for a quote.
